    However, these are not all the advantages of laser burning. As you know, many people are looking for completely new flavours in coffee. To this end, sensory assessments of coffee and rankings are conducted. Many gourmets and producers travel the world in search of beans that will surprise the final recipients. Some coffee producers try to take shortcuts and artificially flavour their coffees.
    The laser module technology used in our oven also allows us to preserve individual aromas in the coffee. Thanks to its special design, our oven allows you to feed real plants into the drum of the machine, and the lasers that work preserve the subtle taste, smell and properties of the served plant in the coffee bean. It is thanks to this that we offer coffees with a hint of vanilla, orange or mint, which we have obtained from real fruits and plants.

    The roasting process takes place on our automated oven, which, in combination with the Artisan software, allows us to monitor the roasting process very accurately. It is thanks to the installed sensors that we are able to monitor on an ongoing basis on the computer screen: the temperature to which the grain is subjected inside the machine, the temperature of the exhaust gases and the growth indicator informing us about the rate of temperature increase. Each time the roast chart is saved, the coffee from a particular roast is tasted and evaluated to make sure that we give 100% every time.

    We take coffee roasting seriously, so every time we receive a new batch of green beans, we check their quality.

     

    Proprietary technology of laser coffee roasting

    Laser modules, using light-frequency modulation using knowledge straight from quantum physics, make the processes taking place in our furnace completely different than in other roasters. The use of this technology allows us to influence the gas that powers our furnace by placing lasers in the burner and the flame core. Such solutions are used to model and catalyse combustion processes. Thanks to this, the process of burning gas in our furnace is much more ecological, which, due to the design of coffee roasting ovens, translates into 100% of the final quality of roasted coffee.
